Terms of Service — KBrain

1. Acceptance
By using kbrain.io you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. The service
KBrain lets experts ("brains") publish knowledge bases and lets developers, agents, and AI Assistants ("hands") access them via API and MCP.
3. Beta status
KBrain is currently offered in beta. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", may change, be interrupted, or have features added or removed without notice, and we make no uptime or availability guarantee during beta.
4. Accounts
You're responsible for your account, your API keys, and activity under them. Keep credentials secure.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of knowledge bases and files you upload. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, and deliver that content to the agents and users you authorize. You confirm you have the right to publish what you upload.
6. Acceptable use
No illegal content, IP infringement, attempts to breach security, or abuse of the API/rate limits.
7. Payments
Paid subscriptions (where offered) are billed as described at purchase. Beta features may be free or change in pricing.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KBrain is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss arising from beta instability or third-party AI assistants' use of published content.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account anytime.
